options to consider and can also help with scheduling property tours.
The service is free for you. The apartment complex you sign with pays us out of their marketing budget. Each apartment complex has a marketing budget, from that, they pay locators and once we receive payment, then we are able to pay you and donate to charity.

local and has knowledge of the area and the market. Our free apartment locating service will make your search easier and less stressful, and you may also be eligible for a rebate.
You mentioned that you pay “up to” $150 rebate, and $150 towards charity; how do you determine the amount you pay your clients and to charity?
We pay you based on how much the apartment complex is paying us. We pay up to 10% of what we
receive towards your rebate, and up to 10% towards a charity. If the complex does not pay us, or if you do not put Rent RG as your locating service, then we will not be able to make a donation or rebate. Simply put, we share the money we make.
