Getting started is super easy! Follow the steps below and qualify for free cash at the end and to make a difference!

Let us know what you’re looking for in your new dream home! Location, amenities, price range, move-in date and any other details, will help us with your customized search. Our goal is to find you the perfect place to call home!

We will send you a customized list of properties that match your criteria. We will also let you know of any specials that are available!

STEP 3

Contact Us

Contact us and let us know which properties appease you, and your preferred move-in date. We will contact the complexes you are interested in and verify availability for your anticipated move-in date!

STEP 4

Lease

Make sure you put RentRG as your locator and Grade A Realty as your brokerage on your lease. We can't provide a rebate or donate to a charitable cause if we are not mentioned!

STEP 5

Get Paid!

Lastly, when we get paid, you get paid and we will donate to one of our preferred charities on your behalf and send you confirmation that it was done. You will receive your credit and we will make the donation once the apartment complex pays us.
